This 59 minute recording represents roughly the first 15% of the companion book Jesus’ Every Word and Deed, Readers Theatre Version. It simply lays out the separate roles and you’ll hear the voices of volunteers taking on those roles to create a unique, personal experience of the Gospels. The work was originally conceived as a screenplay, but COVID changed the order of things, so this recording was made before the main book was printed. If you want to follow along in the book, you’ll find of course that no Scripture wording changed, and only a few sub-headings were updated for that printed version. Other recordings will be added as they become available. As other churches use the Readers Theatre Version to make their own recordings, we’ll be glad to post any they provide.
